Olivia Becker is an award-winning documentary editor, writer, and producer. She has developed and produced premium non-fiction series for HBO, Netflix, Amazon, and PBS. She has edited and produced a slate of top 10 Netflix series, including MerPeople, Gunther's Millions, and The Principles of Pleasure. Her latest documentary that she edited, My Dead Dad, will have its world premiere at the 2024 Santa Barbara International Film Festival.
In addition to her documentary work, Olivia was a staff reporter and producer for VICE News from 2014 - 2017, where she was a campaign embed during the 2016 election and broke numerous stories from the campaign trail.
As a creative storyteller first and foremost, she has a keen eye for structure, narrative, and characters, which she brings to each project.
